A full groom is a comprehensive, head-to-tail session, which includes: a health check, brushing, bathing (shampoo and conditioner), warm blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trimming, paw pad tidying, de-shedding/de-matting, and custom styling or clipping.

- Consultation & Health Check: Full assessment of skin, coat, eyes, ears, and overall health.
- Prep: Thorough brushing and de-matting, removing dead hair and knots.
- Bathing & Drying: A deep clean with specialised shampoo, either “Wash & Go” or professional blow dry.
- Grooming: Trimming, styling, or clipping hair to breed standard or owner preference.
- Hygiene: Cleaning ear canals, trimming nails, and sanitary trimming (paw pads/bum).
- Additional Services: Hand stripping for wire haired dogs & severe matting will incur additional costs.
